Classes at Rockwell Training Facility are the backbone of your our training methodology. Each week, we offer a variety of classes that challenge the whole body. We focus on helping each person reach their individual fitness goals and structure classes and push as far as they want to go. Check out the schedule and a brief overview of the classes below:

CLASSES
Women’s Strength and Conditioning Bootcamp: These classes are perfect for every fitness and health inspired woman wanting to improve their strength development and cardiovascular endurance. Each morning they are put through intervals using body weight, free weights, resistance bands, battle ropes and cardio equipment. These are the perfect classes set up for women at all fitness levels looking to pursue their personal fitness goals.

Men’s Semi-Private Strength Circuit: These semi-private classes of roughly 4 men get taken through a fun but very challenging and demanding circuit of exercises developing strength, balance and agility while also improving their cardiovascular endurance. These are open to everyone that is 13+ years old. Space is limited so please call or text Ben at (740) 815-7069 to save yourself a spot!

Men’s Extensive Strength Circuit: Similar to the Semi-Private Strength Circuits, this class is ideal for people over the age of 16 years of age and geared toward endurance athletes. Just like the Strength Circuit, the Endurance circuit helps develop endurance strength with each exercise being a longer duration while you still build proper balance, agility and cardiovascular endurance. This class bring in a bit more heavier weight training and different plyometric exercises which is why the age bracket is a bit higher for more fully developed individuals. Kids Class: This class is designed for kids under the age of 14 helping develop the fundamentals of balance, agility and flexibility which are very key in developing a strong athlete. They are fun classes with kids at the same levels pushing the fitnesses needs while having fun.
